Dallas, TX Metro Area (Position located in Allen, TX)

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year
(Compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance)

Handle engine, brake, suspension, steering, and electrical system repairs
Use Tekmetric, Partstech, or similar software to document findings and build estimates
Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Deliver high-quality repairs that meet safety and performance standards
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (master or senior level)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
ASE certifications strongly preferred
Ability to work independently on complex repairs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
No flat-rate pressure or feast-or-famine scheduling
