Service Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for managing tire bay operations at the club level, managing tire sales, ensuring proper installation and repairs of tires, supervising tire bay team members, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. Responsibilities Supervise tire bay team members, ensuring safety and adherence to policies. Properly install, mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires. Install, sell, and repair tires and other automotive products. Dispose of tires safely and manage propane tank refills per club policy. Maintain tire installation equipment and keep the tire bay and waiting area clean and professional. Merchandise tire displays and automotive products. Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs. Maintain accurate supply inventory and utilize special‑order tire programs. Monitor tire bay sales transactions, handle cash transactions, and conduct audits and checklists. Ensure TIA and Titan certifications for all team members are current and file records. Build relationships with team members and motivate them for growth. Perform performance appraisals and provide constructive communication. Hold the Florida qualifier certification for Manager on Duty in the State of Florida and oversee propane operations. Maintain all club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments. Maintain regular, predictable full attendance. Qualifications At least 18 years of age; high school diploma or college degree preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment. Prior tire installation and sales experience preferred; Level400 certified technician preferred. Must pass Michelin training levels 1‑4 within three months of hire. Ability to lift over 30 lbs with assistance. Demonstrated leadership capabilities: managing/supervising cross‑functional teams, training, and communicating results. Most of the time spent standing, moving, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs, with occasional heavier lifting with assistance. Work in environments with loud equipment and moving cars and machinery. May be exposed to approved chemicals and cleaning agents. Pay Range Good faith estimate: $20.50 – $25.63 per hour.
