Primary Care Medical Director (IM/FM/Geriatrics) – Central New York – Syracuse, NY

Opportunity Highlights:
• Full-time position (5 days/week) in skilled nursing facilities
• Combination of clinical care and Medical Director responsibilities
• Strong autonomy with clinical and administrative support
• Dedicated night call coverage for work-life balance
• Structured 3-month onboarding with dedicated mentor

• Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
• Opportunity to participate in quality improvement and facility leadership initiatives

Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated earnings: $303K–$338K+ uncapped
• Monthly Medical Director stipend
• Sign-on bonus available
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Paid malpractice coverage
• Flex PTO and CME resources
• Additional shared savings opportunities

Qualifications:
• BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Post-acute experience required
