Qualified candidates must have experience in building maintenance. This is a full‑year position, 40 hours per week, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A full competitive benefits package, including the New Hampshire Retirement Pension Plan, will be offered with this position. Two levels of medical to choose from; one plan is 100% paid, the other is 94% paid. Two levels of dental are offered as well, single dental is FREE. Life insurance plan is 3× the annual salary; dependent life insurance and long‑term disability are also offered. 10 paid vacation days, 15 paid sick days, 14 paid holidays, and 4 personal days. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, general carpentry, HVAC, grounds care, and project work.
