Technical Success Manager

Owning a portfolio of post-sale customer relationships, the full-time Technical Success Manager will advocate for customer success with RingCentral's UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI platforms while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio, serving as the primary point of accountability for customer success Lead quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to present business value narratives and ensure ongoing alignment with customer goals Create and maintain Account Success Plans, driving renewal readiness and proactively identifying at-risk accounts Required qualifications 5-8 years in a customer-facing post-sales role within a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS environment Proven experience managing complex Enterprise B2B accounts with high ARR and multi-stakeholder structures Demonstrated executive relationship management experience, particularly with VP and C-suite stakeholders Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews independently Strong technical credibility to engage with customer IT teams effectively
