A well-established automotive dealership in the Smithfield area is looking for an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to help lead our sales team to continued success. Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the new and pre-owned sales team
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Sales Consultants to maximize performance
• Monitor sales activities, closing ratios, and dealership KPIs
• Desk deals and assist with negotiations to help maximize profitability
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the F&I, BDC, and Service departments to support dealership goals
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-oriented culture
• Help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives

Qualifications:

• Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience required
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver's license and insurance
