Senior Sales Effectiveness Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Sales Effectiveness Analyst drives the optimization of sales processes, systems, tools, and business capabilities that support sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business growth. The incumbent partners with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs, develop and implement solutions, support operational activities, and deliver insights that enable strategic and tactical decision-making. The Senior Sales Effectiveness Analyst manages the full lifecycle of business capabilities while serving as a key liaison between strategy, operations, technology, and analytics to drive successful execution and continuous improvement across the sales organization.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support innovation, process adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement across business processes, tools, technologies, and programs that promote operational efficiency, business growth, and successful execution across the Sales ecosystem. Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to develop business insights, define requirements, monitor key performance indicators, and support strategic and tactical decision-making. Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders and leadership to review findings, identify opportunities, and align on priorities and recommendations. Serve as a product owner and subject matter expert for assigned processes, products, applications, or programs. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate enhancements, support solution delivery, and ensure business objectives and end-user needs are effectively addressed. Reviews business processes, systems, applications, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and insights that support operational effectiveness and business outcomes. Develop reporting, analysis, forecasts, and business insights that support operational reviews, strategic initiatives, performance management, and leadership decision-making. Lead and support initiatives across the project and product lifecycle by coordinating stakeholders, facilitating working sessions, communicating status and recommendations, aligning priorities, and driving execution of business objectives across the Sales ecosystem. Support testing, deployment, training, adoption, and continuous improvement activities to help ensure successful delivery, user readiness, and realization of business value. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and sound judgment while building effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups. Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, support issue resolution, document enhancements, and coordinate prioritization activities that improve business processes, products, and applications. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to help translate business needs into scalable solutions that support operational and strategic objectives. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to analyze and interpret complex business, operational, technical, and regulatory information and effectively communicate recommendations and solutions to stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholder groups. Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop leadership-ready materials and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, combined with strong business, operational, and sales acumen. Working knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management platforms, business systems, and related technologies that support sales effectiveness and business growth. Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs, evaluate opportunities, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience supporting customer relationship management platforms, sales operations, reporting, analytics, or related business processes. Salesforce, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related professional certification. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements to support process improvements, system enhancements, product development, or operational initiatives. Experience utilizing Agile, Traditional, or hybrid project and product delivery methodologies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 4 years of work experience with business systems, sales, or support roles. Proficient in customer relationship management, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with proficiency in other applications such as Sharepoint, Power BI, D365, EQAI, AESOP, and others. #J-18808-Ljbffr Republic Services
