Schedule

Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a mixed acuity setting, maintaining a patient ratio of 2-3:1 depending on acuity levels. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Maine.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Previous experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
