Director of Sales - Luxury Resort & Events Growth Leader

Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort, part of VIVÂMEE Hospitality, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue generation for its premier golf destination. In this role, you will oversee sales for events, weddings, and more on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a sales leadership position within luxury hospitality, a proven record of meeting revenue targets, and strong relationship-building skills. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
