Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Clermont, FL, for a Sales & Marketing Director. The Sales & Marketing Director will oversee daily operations related to sales and marketing, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, managing a team, driving business development efforts, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and achieving occupancy and revenue goals through strong leadership and strategic planning. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, including developing strategies to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals Experience with Sales Operations, including managing processes, tracking metrics, and planning to achieve sales objectives Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship building with prospective residents and their families Leadership and Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, motivating, and fostering growth within a team Proficiency in Business Development, identifying opportunities, and driving growth initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Senior Living
