Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to assist customers, answer questions, provide product and service information, and support customer engagement and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to customer questions regarding products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and routine concerns. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities. Identify potential sales and customer acquisition opportunities. Communicate promotions and relevant product or service information. Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary. Share customer feedback and common questions with the team. Collaborate with customer service and sales team members to meet goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
