Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Destin, FLFacility: Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald CoastDepartment: Employee EducationSchedule: Day | Full-timeHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleAssess, plan, and evaluate clinical educational activities across the continuum of care, serving as a strategic consultant for nursing performance initiatives and competency-based programming.Partner with organizational leaders and clinical staff to identify educational gaps and develop multi-faceted plans that address both core nursing competencies and specialized clinical needs.Analyze, design, and implement Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs, utilizing precise measurement tools and data-driven methods to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and clinical outcomes.Manage and oversee competency standards for inter-professional programs, ensuring all clinical staff practice at the highest extent of their licensure while maintaining organizational compliance.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
