Job Description

We are seeking a Med-Surg Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate care to adult patients in a hospital setting. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care, and support patients and families throughout their stay.

Shift: Nights | Rotating weekends
Pay: $27.72–$39.60/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Night Differential: $4.25/hour
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care.
• Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support discharge planning and appropriate referrals.
• Maintain efficient use of time, equipment, and resources.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• Acute-care experience is not required ; LTAC, SNF, and similar nursing experience may be considered.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration required within 18 months of hire.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
