Job Description

As a Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse general medical-surgical population. Working within a multidisciplinary care team and reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will provide comprehensive nursing services including patient assessment, medication administration, and advocacy. You will utilize established nursing models to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes and embody the organization’s mission and values to enhance the patient experience.

Available Shifts:

·         Days (Rotating Weekends)

·         Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) FL / compact license
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Does not need to be in acute care) required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire

Shift Differentials: $4.25 nights, no weekends

Sign on: 10k days/ 15k nights
