As a Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Youll work autonomously while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote healing and positive outcomes.

Collect and assess comprehensive health data pertinent to each patients condition.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Advocate for patients and ensure their safety throughout the care process.

Identify and implement interventions that support recovery and optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and procedures.

Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Serve as a compassionate advocate and source of support for patients and their loved ones.

Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.

Active Florida RN license or Multistate Compact license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification required prior to start.

NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of hire.

Salary Range: $27.72 (Newer RNs) to $39.60/hr (15+ Years of Experience).

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (case by case).
