We are hiring a Registered Nurse for a high-quality Medical Surgical unit at a leading 267-bed acute care hospital in Florida. Excellent opportunity for RNs seeking strong compensation, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule
Days & Nights Available
Rotating Weekends
Nurse-to-patient ratio: up to 1:6

Compensation & Incentives
Salary Range: based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hour
Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in Med-Surg unit.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions each shift.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Document patient care accurately in medical records.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and treatments.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
Active RN License required
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Minimum 1 year RN experience required (any acute care preferred)
BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
