Job Summary

As a Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You'll work autonomously while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote healing and positive outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Collect and assess comprehensive health data pertinent to each patient's condition.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Advocate for patients and ensure their safety throughout the care process.
• Identify and implement interventions that support recovery and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Serve as a compassionate advocate and source of support for patients and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.

• Active Florida RN license or Multistate Compact license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification required prior to start.

• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of hire.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range:

  • $27.72 (Newer RNs)

  • $34.32 (10 Years of Experience)

  • Up to $39.60/hr (15+ Years of Experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (case by case)

• Shift: Days Only (7a7p)
