’m recruiting for a Med Surg RN opportunity offering Days or Nights with rotating weekends .

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
$52–$64/hr based on experience
Shift Differentials: $2.00 evenings | $4.25 nights | $3.00 extra shift premium
Full-time | Days or Nights
⚕️ 1 year of RN experience required — acute care experience is NOT required! LTAC, SNF, and other nursing backgrounds will be considered.

You’ll join a 28-bed private-room unit caring for a diverse patient population, with nurse-to-patient ratios that can reach 1:6 . This is a great opportunity for an RN looking to grow their acute-care experience in a supportive hospital environment.

What they’re looking for:
• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• BLS required within 30 days of starting
• Strong patient-care, assessment, and communication skills
