Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Overview Position for a Speech‑Language Pathology Clinician at SPG for the 2026–2027 school year. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school‑year calendar. The role is supported by a clinical fellowship program and mentorship opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver school‑based speech‑language pathology services in an ethically and legally defensible manner. Conduct appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports. Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, and the IEP team regarding service delivery. Target modification, accommodation, and/or generalization of skills. Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers. Write IEP goals that support curricular standards. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Current California SLP license, credential, or eligibility. Fingerprint background clearance. TB (tuberculosis) clearance. Experience in school‑based practice preferred but all backgrounds are considered for salary determination. Benefits Training and orientation specific to school‑based practice.
