That means we are building an in-house Special Education program designed around inclusion, strong systems, and high-quality services. Job Summary: This is not a traditional SLP role.This is an opportunity to help design and deliver a speech and language program from the ground up on a single campus, alongside a collaborative leadership team that prioritizes students with special needs.You will play a key role in shaping how services are delivered, how teams collaborate, and how students access communication supports across classrooms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Speech & Language Services Provide direct speech and language therapy (1:1 and small group) aligned to IEP goals Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions Support students' communication skills across academic and social settings Use progress monitoring and data to adjust services and drive student growth Assessment & Evaluation Administer formal and informal speech-language assessments Interpret assessment data and write clear, comprehensive reports Present findings and recommendations during IEP meetings Identify student needs across articulation, language, fluency, v
