This full-time, on-site position invites passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to work closely with students, faculty, and support staff in a dynamic school environment near Richmond, CA. You’ll play a key role in fostering student growth and communication, focusing on diverse caseloads with the goal of replacing virtual service models with in-person support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid California Teaching Credential (required)
• Experience working in school settings, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency with SEIS (Special Education Information System) for managing student caseloads and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, on-site speech-language assessment, intervention, and consultation for students with various support needs
• Manage a full caseload in compliance with IEPs, district procedures, and state regulations
• Utilize SEIS for accurate record-keeping, progress monitoring, and creating required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families to design and implement effective intervention strategies
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and advocacy for student needs
