Is your unique ability to sit in the role of the second in command for an entrepreneur? 

The foundation is strong, we need a people, process, production leader to free up the entrepreneur/visionary time so she can focus on consoling clients in the conference room, marketing and visionary role. This boutique yet growing Estate Planning law firm needs this critical role to support their mission and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to identify what’s getting in the way, solve problems at their root, create structure where there is ambiguity, and turn a founder’s vision into a scalable, high-performing organization.

You’ll help create the conditions that allow the attorneys and team to spend more of their time doing the work that matters most —serving clients, practicing excellent law, and building meaningful relationships.

Starting salary at $95,000 + bonus potential + full benefits

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations who wants to help turn an ambitious vision into reality. EOS or Scaling framework or experience is a bonus.

What You’ll Own

Operations & Infrastructure

• Strengthening the existing systems and workflows in the CRM, LawMatics
• Case Management and task management accountability and building the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
• Enhance existing CRM workflows, systems, and quality controls
• Establish effective management rhythms: Daily Huddles, Weekly Metrics & reporting
• Enforce and support weekly Time Template planning for each member fo the time to allow everyone to “plan their work and work their plan”
• Improve capacity, consistency, and the overall client experience 

People & Leadership

• Create and enforce KPIs around every role in the firm with clear tracking and accountability
• Hire, coach, develop, and lead the team
• Help translate the firm’s values into everyday systems and behaviors

Financial & Business Management

• Oversee budgeting, KPIs, financial reporting, vendors, and technology
• Use profitability and capacity data to drive smart decisions

Strategy

• Partner closely with the Founder/CEO to determine what to build now—and what can wait
• Manage and lead all legal vendors, marketing initiatives closely with the founder to accomplish monthly goals
• Turn vision into clear priorities, decisions, and execution

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary at $95,000 base salary, depending on experience and demonstrated capability, plus bonus potential.
