Branch Operations Manager

Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch. Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations. Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations. Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled. Requirements Related work experience and knowledge of operations management High school diploma Good communication skills Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish) Good customer service skills Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace Valid driver's license and good driving record SAP experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operations management capabilities with a focus on inside sales and service operations.
