What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services in a clinic setting, including patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely
• Engage in quality assurance and patient education
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive clinic environment
• Participate in occasional telehealth consultations as needed

What You Need

• Valid Michigan medical license
• Board certified or eligible for certification in Family Medicine
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
