Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with women's health and gynecology experience to provide outpatient coverage in an established women's care practice. Coverage Needed Start: as soon as credentialed. Ongoing coverage during recruitment efforts. Position Details Outpatient-only practice. Established women's health team with: 27 physicians 9 advanced practice providers Average patient volume: 20–22 patients per day. Clinic scheduling includes: 30‑minute appointments for new patients 15‑minute appointments for return patients Approximately 2 new patient appointments per half day Provider will respond to clinic codes if necessary. No Emergency Department backup responsibilities. Schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Clinic schedule begins at 7:50 AM. No call. Clinical Responsibilities Routine gynecologic care Annual wellness examinations Postpartum visits Evaluation and management of abnormal uterine bleeding Evaluation and management of post‑menopausal bleeding Management of non‑complex ovarian cysts In‑office gynecologic procedures, including: Colposcopy LEEP procedures Other simple gynecologic procedures based on experience and competency Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Women's Health and/or Gynecology experience preferred Experience performing office‑based gynecologic procedures preferred BLS certification required Clinical Resources Large established women's health practice Collaborative physician and APP support Structured patient scheduling model Dedicated outpatient setting Travel & Lodging Travel and lodging accommodations available, if needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
