Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal NP or Physician Assistant Job Openings Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal NP or Physician Assistant About the job Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal NP or Physician Assistant Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join a regional newborn hospitalist team. The successful candidate will provide inpatient pediatric care at 3 hospitals for a 9‑hospital healthcare system located in eastern North Carolina. The health system is expanding. Highlights Schedule includes 10–24/7 unrestricted call per month. Clinical responsibilities include rounding and coordination of care from admission to discharge for all newborn patients, attendance at all at‑risk deliveries, and participation in resuscitation, stabilization, and transfer of critically ill neonates as needed; transfer support provided. PALS, BLS, and NRP certifications. Proximity to NC and VA beaches. Experience & Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a PNP‑AC, NNP or Physician Assistant. NC RN licensure & NC Nurse Practitioner or NC licensure as a Physician Assistant. National Board Certification as a Pediatric NP‑AC, Neonatal NP or as PA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
