Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious menu items following recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely food preparation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in development of new menu items and specials
- Monitor food inventory and communicate ordering supplies with necessary individuals
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
