Data Entry Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Admin for a 3-month contract opportunity located just outside of Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work and has strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Pay Rate: $25-$35/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Duration: 3 Month Contract Assignment

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume general data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with data entry backlogs related to calibration services
• Work within the TMS Program to input and maintain records
• Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Previous data entry or administrative experience required
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Patient, dependable, and able to work independently
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
