Dealership:L0353 Howdy HondaHOWDY HONDAPosition Title: Service AdministratorDepartment: ServiceReports To: Service ManagerPay: This is an hourly position and based on experience levelLocation: On-site in Austin, Tx.What You will do:The Service Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Service Department by serving as a central point of communication between customers, Service Advisors, management, and other dealership departments.This role helps improve department efficiency by managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls, and completing administrative functions that allow Service Advisors to focus on serving customers.Support the Service Department by ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service, appointments are scheduled efficiently, incoming calls are answered in a timely manner, and Service Advisors are free to focus on customer interactions and repair recommendations.What a typical day can look like:Answer incoming service department calls, including advisor overflow calls.Schedule and confirm service appointments.Assist customers with general service inquiries and direct calls appropriately.Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and technicians.Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and repair order information.Prepare and maintain department records, reports, and documentation.Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments as needed.Assist with customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.Maintain an organized and professional office environment.Perform other duties as assigned to support the Service Department.What we Offer:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
