Salary: $24.00 - $24.50 /hourly + Mileage Reimbursement. Up to 80% - 90% travel time. Schedule: based on client service hours. Offers based on experience.

Be the best Field Supervisor you can be. If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of home care, caregiving or CNA experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Provide supervision and leadership to home care aides
• Evaluate the quality, effectiveness and of services that are needed for each of the clients served by HCA
• Conduct unannounced quarterly home visits with clients that have paid family caregivers to ensure the plan of care is being followed and HCA's are present during the hours scheduled.
• Coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate the performance of HCA's
• Conduct home visits as necessary, to provide hands on training and assistance
• Initiate and/or participate in client staffing discussion with care coordinator
• Investigate allegations of fraud and theft reported by HCA
• Documentation and follow up on incident reports
