Loan Support Analyst

Position Overview As a Loan Support Analyst within PNC’s Cash and Funding organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. Hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. EST to 5:30 p.m. EST. This individual contributor position initiates and approves disbursement requests submitted by all areas of Equipment Finance (Aviation, Vendor, Direct). The role involves manual data entry to verify required documents for funding deals and serves as an initiator or approver. You will conduct due diligence, input requests into the appropriate platform, check the work, and approve funding for deals. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure deals are properly funded and all necessary material is accurate and accounted for. You will work efficiently across multiple systems such as LeaseWave, SharePoint, Pinacle, BMO, and Outlook Mail. The position is high‑risk and adheres to controls and procedures to mitigate risk. Job Description Executes varied transactions and processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or more specialized products or functional areas and may manage large, complex, and sensitive assigned accounts or portfolios. Processes and reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad‑hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received. Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education & Certifications Associate’s degree required. No required certification(s) or license(s). Compensation Base Salary: $37,500.00 – $62,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
