Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver patient care focused on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Utilize adaptive devices and therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Document patient progress and response to therapies in the electronic health records.
• Participate in emergency response teams as required by facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and Louisiana State License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Epic charting system experience required.
• Experience with geriatric and high acuity patient populations preferred.
• Ability to float to different general medicine floors within the hospital.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
