Whether you're advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role ResponsibilitiesPerform expert paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to CarMax quality standards.Execute dent repairs, masking, sanding, and grinding for bodywork repairs.Repair and replace small plastic and trim components, ensuring every detail meets CarMax standards.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace, following CarMax's strict safety protocols.Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsHands-on experience in automotive refinishing, including masking, sanding, grinding, and paint application.Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset to deliver top-quality results.Valid driver's license required for operational needs.About CarMaxAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process.
