Working with a well-funded biotechnology company in Cambridge, MA.

They are looking to make their first hire in Quality and seeking an experienced leader to support their operations.

The role:

• Lead the quality planning process to define the quality strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Design implementation and maintenance of a QMS to ensure compliance with relevant GMP, GDP, GLP, GCP and GPvP guidelines.
• Advise on Quality related matters and work cross-functionally as quality representative
• Implement and manage a vendor management program for qualification and oversight of GxP vendors.

The ideal candidate will:

• MSc/PhD in relevant scientific field
• 10+ Years Quality Assurance
• Experience with mRNA Vaccines
• GxP Experience
• Experience building and managing a QMS
