What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care to critically ill infants in a Level-III NICU setting
• Administer high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling therapies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists and subspecialty support
• Support family-centered care and participate in clinical education and mentorship
• Document clinical interventions accurately and promptly
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Current NCNP Board Certification (No FNP, PNP accepted)
• 2+ years of recent NNP experience in a Level-III NICU
• Strong clinical judgment and neonatal care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
