What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a 66-bed Level-III NICU at a state-of-the-art hospital
• Participate in daily patient rounding and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling procedures
• Support the hospital’s neonatal services including subspecialty support
• Contribute to clinical education and training through Mercer Medical School appointments
• Be part of a Magnet-recognized facility committed to nursing excellence
• Provide on-call coverage from home every other night, with a flexible schedule

What You Need

Required:

• Active Georgia medical license
• Neonatology certification and applicable credentials
• Minimum experience of 26 weeks or more in neonatal intensive care

Preferred:

• Experience with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, or brain cooling
• Prior involvement in teaching or academic roles
