• Duration: Permanent
• Shift: 26 weeks per year; one week on, one week off; on-call from home every other night
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licensure/Certifications: Medical license in Georgia, Board Certification in Neonatology
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Neonatology preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatology care for newborns in a Level-III NICU setting
• Conduct daily rounds and assess patient progress
• Manage complex neonatal conditions with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, brain cooling, and other advanced techniques
• Collaborate with subspecialty support teams and neonatal nurse practitioners
• Participate in clinical teaching and mentorship for trainees and fellows
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state regulations

What You Need

• Medical license in Georgia (active)
• Board-certified or eligible in Neonatology
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-level care environment
