What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care to infants in a Level-III NICU setting
• Collaborate with an experienced team of neonatologists and nurse practitioners
• Participate in daily patient rounds and oversee critical care procedures such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide delivery, and brain cooling
• Serve as a clinical educator with appointments at Mercer Medical School
• Engage in regional neonatal care protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support a trauma-designated regional center with advanced neonatal services

What You Need

• Medical license in Georgia and current neonatal/pediatric certification
• Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Ability to perform high-level clinical procedures and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
