Proactive Sales Hunter
Estudio Casa is growing across Utah and Montana, and we're looking for a proactive sales hunter to build on these solid foundations. This is not a lead-response role. Our top performers win by initiating contact, showing up in person, and delivering polished presentations to decision-makers consistently, every week.

Own and develop your territory - Build a structured account plan across Utah and Montana covering prospects, active clients, and lapsed accounts and work it with discipline, not guesswork. Travel for field execution & training. Conduct multiple multi-day trips to Utah and Montana throughout the year for in-person client visits, showroom presentations, and territory growth. Travel to various vendor and supplier manufacturing facilities for hands-on product training opportunities.
Drive proactive outreach. Initiate a target number of outbound contacts every week (calls, texts, emails, and drop-ins) to generate new opportunities. Track outreach volume weekly. Conduct regular face-to-face visits with clients and prospects. Relationships in this business are built in person, not over email, and your visit count is part of how we measure territory momentum.
Deliver formal presentations. Run structured product presentations and demonstrations for decision-makers on a set cadence. Presentation frequency and outcomes are tracked and reviewed.
Open and grow accounts. Negotiate and close sales agreements, then return to those accounts proactively to identify additional needs and expand the relationship.
Report your activity, not just your results. Submit weekly reports on outreach, visits, presentations, and pipeline status through our CRM. We track leading activity alongside closed sales because consistent activity predicts next quarter's numbers. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
