Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support daily customer service and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage service calls, work orders, billing, and customer inquiries professionally.

• Dispatch and coordinate service calls.

• Enter and maintain maintenance agreements.

• Manage and track work orders.

• Process third-party billing.

• Process parts orders and follow up on order status.

• Communicate with customers via phone and email.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Provide timely updates and resolve customer inquiries.

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

• Experience with dispatching, work orders, billing, or order processing is a plus.
