Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Front Desk Associate (Full-Time) Bethany Medical, an independent multi-specialty medical practice located in the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston‑Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy), is seeking a Bilingual Medical Front Desk Associate. Responsibilities Initiate prompt actions to accomplish objectives and achieve goals beyond what is required. Maintain stable performance under pressure, handling stress appropriately. Provide customer-focused service by meeting patient needs, building productive relationships, and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Plan and organize tasks for self and others to ensure efficient completion of work. Build trust by interacting transparently and fostering confidence in the organization. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check‑in/check‑out preferred. Self‑started and adaptable to departmental changes. Ability to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred. Strong computer and customer service skills. Experience with Allscripts is a plus.
