This role is essential to ensuring a positive employee experience from hire to retention.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviewsManage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processesSupport payroll functions (Workday experience preferred)Assist with accounts payable and invoice filingMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationAssist with employee relations and engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsProvide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hiresQualificationsPrior HR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)PBJ experience requiredExperience with payroll processing (Workday preferred)Strong recruiting and onboarding experienceExcellent organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitaskPassion for creating a great employee experienceWhat Makes You a Great FitFriendly, approachable, and professional Strong attention to detail and organization Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passionate about supporting staff and building cultureWe are an equal opportunity employer.
