High-acuity orthopedic trauma in one of the most desirablecities in the Southwest.
SAMGI is seeking a Board Eligible or Board CertifiedOrthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a collaborative trauma program in Scottsdale,Arizona — 24-hour block scheduling, a structured coverage model, and a surgicalteam built for consistency and sustainability.
THE POSITION
- 183 shifts annually · 24-hour shifts
- 7-day block scheduling with built-in recovery time betweenrotations
- High-acuity trauma program · collaborative orthopedictrauma team
- SAMGI operational support — billing, credentialing, andadmin handled
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients
- Complex fracture care, including pelvic and acetabular injuries
- Trauma call coverage at a high-acuity trauma center
- Perioperative management and post-operative follow-up clinic
- Collaborate with trauma surgery, ICU, emergency medicine, and nursing teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma required
- Experience with pelvic and acetabular fracture management preferred
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges
