Earn competitive pay, with our stylists making anywhere from $25 to $35 per hour (with base & incentive; tips). Plus, we have an amazing benefits package, providing paid sick/vacation/PTO up to 40 hours each year. We're currently offering a sign-on bonus to experienced stylists who join our team, but it's only for a limited time!

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide great haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
