Responsibilities Overall agency management, sales and growth Hire and manage a team to support business goals Meet the strategic business goals you set for your agency Qualifications We recommend obtaining Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background check Benefits Financial security through membership in a Fortune500 property and casualty insurance group Training and support from a local team – marketing, prospecting, business consultation and more Unlimited compensation potential, including a New Agent Incentive Program Access to American Family Insurance products and services through subsidiary partners #J-18808-Ljbffr American Family Insurance
