The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time. Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they’re the ones who hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1

Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints

NEVER STOP IMPROVING

Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience

TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY

Capitalize on all business opportunities in the market by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)

PARTNER WITH LEAGUES

Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with leagues

ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM

Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff

SHOW OFF THOSE MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Lead the team and influence through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate, delegate, delegate

DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES

Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction; provide continuous training and supervision to maintain consistent execution of corporate initiatives and foster a thriving sales culture

REMAIN FLEXIBLE

Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, nights, and extended workdays as needed

WHO YOU ARE

You are a committed team member ready to step in for the General Manager as needed. You possess strong guest service sensibility, interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to support the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. You are a dedicated team player, great at developing talent, and are looking to ultimately become a General Manager.

DESIRED SKILLS

2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations Bachelor’s degree Ability to supervise center operations staff Strong team player Exceptional people developer Customer service professional Knowledge of POS register systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Typical entertainment environment involving walking, bending, standing for periods of time, and occasional lifting of objects with assistance
