Job Description:
6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Expert in designing, developing, and customizing CRM applications
Experience in programming languages like C#/.Net
Create workflows/plugins and integrate with other CRM applications
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop: Build integrations with other CRM on their own.
GenAI Integration: Apply practical GenAI to enable agentic AI, including RAG over vector/hybrid search and tool orchestration.
Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with product and other teams and attend daily scrums
Optimization: Continuously improve latency, reliability, and cost efficiency across services.
