Why This Role Matters As a Communications and Public Relations Specialist , you play a critical role in shaping and protecting ChildCareGroup’s brand and reputation. You ensure that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across all platforms and audiences. This role goes beyond communications — it is about storytelling, relationship building, and advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen engagement, credibility, and trust with the communities we serve. What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic communication and public relations plans aligned with organizational goals. Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including press releases, social media, and internal communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations. Support leadership with messaging, talking points, and crisis communications as needed. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
