Come to work with us in a friendly fast-paced environment as a HOST/HOSTESS at our HAMILTON location. Responsibilities Be able to work a flexible schedule. Available for immediate start. Be able to work Monday-Sunday with various working hours Be able to multi-task while conversing with guests. Passion for guest service. Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival. Take orders placed over the phone by our customers and enter them into the POS system. Manage in-person and telephone guest inquiries and customer service requests. Skills Excellent Customer Service skills required. Be able to communicate effectively. Punctuality and attendance are extremely important. Benefits Employee meals included.
