Community HIV Case Manager & Advocate

Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana Inc

Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana Inc in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Non-Medical Case Manager to provide quality services to consumers living with HIV, develop service plans, conduct intakes, and document care in compliance with VOASELA and funding sources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, at least one year of case management experience in community settings, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to travel across the five-parish service area.
