Lead Strength & Conditioning CoachThe Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for leading the coaching team, delivering exceptional training experiences, and ensuring consistent execution of the D1 Training philosophy. This role also functions as a Personal Training Manager, overseeing coaching staff, driving training quality, and ensuring a high-level member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll coach athletes, develop staff, and drive performance across the facility.
